So alot of important decsions await me. I had planned to get alot of stuff accomplished this break, like writing my bio essay for ORU and going ahead and sending my application off and many more things, but I have procrastinated like nobody's business. I think I have wasted the most time in my life during this break. All I have done is SLEPT and SHOPPED with Christmas money and then well I got paid right before the break started. I need to stop because I am gettin addicted to shopping online becuz then when u get stuff in the mail its like Christmas all the time and you seem to forget how much you actually paid for the stuff!!! Not a good thing.....
One thing good about this break is I have had lots of laughs with some goods friends of mine. And i think that me and Aaron Mack totally ticked some people off when we all went and watched Narnia last week....what can I say he is a funny/ random guy and I laugh EXTREMLY loud and it tends to make people mad....especially when they are tryin to watch a serious movie!!! oh well....
Another good thing is that I have been reading "To Know Him" by Gloria Copeland and it has completely rocked my world. I have learned so much and I'm not even half way thru...yeayea i know i read slow. I have also picked up another good habit....RUNNING again!! I ran 2miles today. I am so proud!
Well I go back to school and work Jan. 9th.......BLAH. I love work but I hate school and its weird becuz i work at an elementary school, but I think im just ready to go back there becuz i miss all of my darling kids. Speaking of kids...dreamcenter has been rough the past few weeks as well as children's church. (dreamcenter is our outreach service for our kids in the projects) Last week dreamcenter went GREAT and i think it is becuz we all spoke good things about it the days before..."power of the tongue" what an awesome thing. Childrens Church went great sunday. We opened it up with a dance to get everybody involved and it worked and the rest of the service the kids responded wonderfully. Several kids got saved for the first time, which is such an exciting thing to see. And at the very end I was in charge of the game.....which went completely NUTS but the kids had fun even though it got kinda chaotic towards the end we had an awesome service!!!
Kids amaze me and I love them so much even though at times it gets rough to have the right amount of patience with them. The Lord is my strength....and he gives me peace like none other and patience to withstand some hard headed kids.
